1 /5 Joe Scavone: Terrible experience dealing with ontrack and their backing company Great American Insurance Group. I had to file a claim and they fudge the numbers to total the vehicle, and now neither company responds to email or phone calls. Its been 7 weeks since the indecent and still waiting to find out how we are going to proceed or get paid on the policy to repair the vehicle or get paid out for a total loss. Try Lockton Motorsports for track insurance, you may have a better chance of getting paid.
