5 /5 Jack Wittmann: I walked in a the owner was immediately able to replace my battery in a watch I purchased. He even inspected the internals, cleaned out any dust that built up and made sure the watch was reassembled correctly. I was also showed how my watch works as well as how to reset the different chronography functions that I have with my watch. I would highly recommend going here with how great of an experience I had.

5 /5 Nicki Kilts: I stopped into the store in August, on my way to visit a relative in Saratoga. It was a lovely little shop, had a nice appearance, so I browsed around and observed some fine jewelry in the cases. I was looking to sell a treasured ring I owned since 2009. A gentleman greeted me cheerfully right away. I showed him my ring, he liked it, said it was beautiful. It was nice to have such a comment and appreciation for my ring, that meant a lot to me. He was honest and forthright and offered me what I felt was a fair price. There was no need to haggle. I accepted his offer and I left with a good feeling that I had made the right choice to stop in to Pallotolos Jewerly store in Ballston Spa.
