3 /5 Sondra Monroe: The place is clean and machines are operable. I have only seen 1 machine which had a temporary out of order sign. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. Matter of fact staff recommends usage of other machines which offer the same results and are less strenuous My only complaint is there are always 2 staff persons at the front desk, (who are not always busy and talking) when in my opinion, one of the staff, could walk around the area and instruct people on proper usage of the equipment, if they see a person not using equipment properly.
I always have to leave the equipment and walk to the front desk, request assistance and then walk back with the staff person to the equipment. I’m a Black card member and such action would benefit all customers. I’m not asking them to be a trainer but it is PF equipment and everyone should know how to use it properly. I use the information that’s on the equipment for instructions but after scanning 2 devices, the instructions are no longer readable on my iPhone 16 Pro device, which is the most current device. I believe PF should become more proactive in assisting customers. It does not cost PF to be more observant of their customers. It might eliminate liability claims. Check with your insurance carrier.
