5 /5 Professor Rivera: EXCELLENT Customer Service. I have dealt with 3 insurance agencies in Broome and by far the BEST in Service, Quality and they dont forget the HUMAN touch! Best quotes above at least 5 others that Ive asked about over the last 7 years. They take the aggravation of dealing with insurance issues out! LOVE working with Courtney Harris. She has been my contact over the last 4 years and has saved me $$$100s. The folks at the office have also made issues, like switching cars and moving/selling houses, non-issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

1 /5 Hunter Daugherty: If I could I would do 0 stars. From the beginning Cormac McHogan had been taking advantage of me. When I went to cancel my insurance he said he would then 3 days later I call my insurance because I’m getting emails saying they are going to take out more money. Therefore I call my actual insurance and have to cancel it myself when he had told me 3 days prior that he would do that himself. Not to mention all the horrible quotes he had given me weeks prior. I am now saving over $500 with my new insurance. All in all, do not go through this company highly not recommend unless you want your money stolen from under your feet.

5 /5 Adam Hatala: Switching to PRL associates a few years ago was the best decision I ever made when it came to insurance for my vehicle, apartment, life, etc. The partners, specifically John Lavo, have provided excellent service, and have exceeded my expectations each time Ive needed them. Every question has been answered quickly, and the advice was always in my best interest. I have saved hundreds per month and couldnt be happier. I refer all of my friends and family to PRL and I know for a fact youll be taken care of just like me. Thanks for all you do!

2 /5 Jayy Christoff: After being insured with broker PRL for almost 10 years, it was good up until insurance agent Steve Carr took over the my account after my original agent left 5 years ago. I DO NOT reccomend Steve Carr! Horrible communication, everything became a mess when he took over my account. I only give this company a 2 star review because Marnie who works in the office and handles alot of paperwork has been great! She always took care of any questions or comments concerns quickly and efficiently. She should be getting paid the commissions that Steve Carr collected all these years on my account and never spoke to me once until recently. I have had the worst experience with this company since Steve Carr took over my account. He should be fired for how poorly he handled my account and put my business in jeopardy!
