1 /5 David Mott: Very rude unprofessional business and they made degrading comments to me about my mother that passed away. They keep calling me saying theres going to be a court action file against me for a bill that I dont owe. They call me from all different numbers and keep harassing me.

1 /5 Lou: Worst experience ever! I had a Judgment against someone in 2011 for $3400. Couldnt recover anything so I hired Recovery Associates. After many months, they recovered a payment of $1500. After their fees, I received a check for $675. After figuring all the filing fees and court costs my net was less than $500. I dropped the matter. Fast forward to 5/2018: I received a call from the defendants Attorney requesting I sign a settlement document so they can file it with the County Clerk. After further discussion and viewing some documents, I found that THE DEFENDANT IN FACT PAYED $3000 to Recovery Associates!!! I now find myself upset all over again.
