He will charge the $1500 for the eviction, and then it will go to court, and then when the case "cant go forward" because thats his excuse for everything then he goes on with his life...your squatters are still not out and your left broke. Also, his demeanor is nasty and rude. Especially if you dont know the law. Hes just a horrible experience and attorney. DO NOT USE HIM AT ALL!
