I usually come at night and always get a warm welcome from the night crew mark and vanessa, they are very attentive and great at their jobs! the customer service they provide is more then i have ever received at other gyms before. they do well to make sure the members of their gym are taken care of and ensure the space is clean and well kept. These associates deserve a raise!!!

    Dana Bergeron: I have been fortunate enough to be a member of Legends from day one. I watched as Kyle & Dave tirelessly pulled together a gym after our local home gym closed leaving many without a home. Since then, I have witnessed them create an elite gym for powerlifters & bodybuilders alike. They have upgraded the space & equipment with members at the center of every decision. Staff are friendly, the members are friendly, focused & self governing. The gym is 24/7 with fob access making it available for all schedules while maintaining member safety. The space is clean, well kept, machines are rarely out of order, in fact, I cant think of a time that a machine wasnt usable. I highly recommend Legends for anyone who has the intention of becoming or continuing to be serious about their in gym goals. Its a place so may of us enjoy calling home.

    torey Kaiser: Overall I have to say the cleanliness is what turned me away. There was what appeared to be a large handful of hair in the pool. In the locker area it was just as unpleasant. The staff was very helpful and always tried to go out of their way. The computer area the guy was amazing and that is the cleanest location. Sorry for this review but its the truth

    Jeremy Pellicano: Pretty good overall experience! Nice staff. Lots of room. Good ventilation. Good selection of equipment. Extended Hours of operation. Would give a 5 star if they didnt take months to repair broken equipment. Also need to add red light therapy and sauna, a dew Jacuzzis and towel service and private locker rentals. would be a huge convenience. Open later on weekends please. Id pay much higher monthly dues if these were implemented.

    Anna Domiano: I love going to Spoke! It’s my favorite way to start or end my day. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I always leave feeling sweaty and accomplished! It’s clean, organized, and the staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. They offer a variety of classes and make it super easy to sign up! I absolutely recommend to anyone. :)

    Stefano Korlou: The price is perfect but the gym has alot of damaged or worn down machines. I can tell they been improving some machines cushions. But another thing that ticks me is the dumbbell are so terrible organized. The way they set the weight limits from one side to the other is so disorganized. Also they havent fixed one of the mirrors in over 2 years which is pretty sad .......see the picture I posted

Our community at Frequency is special, inclusive, open-minded and kind-hearted. It’s been amazing to grow, heal, learn and teach alongside so many other amazing teachers, practitioners and students. Karen, owner and Frequency leader, has gone above and beyond to make this space what it is!

    elise bennett: I’ve been to a lot of gyms, but the LA Fitness in Webster truly stands out. The entire facility is immaculately clean — from the locker rooms to the equipment floor, everything feels fresh, organized, and well-maintained. It makes working out so much more enjoyable. A huge shoutout to Matt, who was incredibly helpful during my visit. He went out of his way to answer questions, explain equipment, and make sure I had everything I needed. You can tell he really cares about the members’ experience. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-run gym!
