Steven Price: Worst customer service (Dan). They lie and name call. Don’t trust what they say because if they are talking to you then they are lying! Dan start the name calling then he post that he was sworn at but he didn’t post the he made up a fake NYS law and got upset because he confronted about the name calling.

Email Emails: Their app is very unstable and will constantly lock you out. Never any help from customer service and most are very rude about it. The bank itself convenient location very inconveniently not open or cant reach customer service on weekends (Saturdays). Switching banks the hassle with this one just isnt worth it.

They sent a letter saying they were gonna close my account due to inactivity so I called the first business day they were open and my account was canceled and wouldnt issue a refund. They also hire people and let them go because they supposedly cut their position but then they deny them unemployment. I dont recommend this bank to anyone
