Takk: Their interior is amazing. It’s always stunning and beautiful! But do not expect their customer service will be as wonderful as its interior or building. I have purchased trinity earring a year ago. Service was not excellent but OK considering NY is known for less customer friendly or there is no “customer service” anyway. Since then, I stepped into this beautiful building several times. Every time, I feel I am not welcomed at all. Almost all sales associate is looking at their phone checking something and don’t even greet customers. They maybe checking inventory, reservation but it does not mean they can’t welcome customers. They are standing and leaning on glass case. You will enjoy their architect and interior, but not their service.

Vivian Marban: I was really looking forward to making a charm necklace here, especially since my best friend was visiting from Florida and we wanted to create something special together. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t what we hoped for. We arrived around 4pm and ended up leaving because the store was unbearably hot. It’s a smaller space, and it didn’t feel like there was any air conditioning running. With the summer heat and the number of people inside, it became very uncomfortable. We weren’t the only ones who noticed—others were commenting as well. It was disappointing, as we were excited to pick out charms, but the heat made it impossible to stay. I really hope they consider improving ventilation or cooling for a better experience.
