I did my research and Aron had great reviews. He charged me reasonably and went above and beyond when he could have charged me more. What I admired most is he listened to what I needed. Spoke to my union rep. Especially because I worked for the NYC DOE Board of Education, it was important that the outcome was aligned to the NYC DOE chancellors regulations. NYC DOE can still try to go after you, terminate or suspend you. In conclusion, Aron was extremely confident and encouraged me to be patient. My outcome was dismissed and sealed.
