This was regarding my deceased parent; you guys barely responded our calls, left us hanging in there, did not gave any type of basic response, made us waste our time on an urgent matter; we even had to go in person, and even there you stated that you were busy. Instead of just clarifying certain questions we had from the beginning, to avoid all of the wasted time and effort, since it was also an emergency. What a poor and inhumane treatment, very unprofessional, with a huge lack of work ethic.

1 /5 Lisbeth Urena: UPDATE - to correct your statements below. We had an initial call and from there, Brad told me he had to confirm with the laweyer that was not in office that day. From that point, I never received a call back or follow up to my 2 or 3 additional calls and that is why we decided to go in person. After we saw the treatment from the front office we decided to get a different lawyer since I contacted you before flying to New York and did not receive 1 call back aside from Thursday when we went personally due to your lack of response. Had an urgent matter with a deceased parent. This office made me and my family waste precious time by not saying clearly they were not interested in the case or it doesn’t meet their monetary standards. If you would have been clear from the begging, me and my family could have looked for someone that was able to help. Never returned my calls or showed up when we decided to go in person.

Justin Abisror: The receptionist was wonderful, the office was clean, and the lobby had free coffee… but beyond that, I can’t recommend this firm. My husband and I requested to review our final draft before submission (if you’re reading this, make sure you do the same!) When we received it, there were countless typos & major errors…. wrong ZIP codes, my birthdate incorrect, and even a passport expiration date listed as the issue date, which could have gotten our case denied immediately. Instead of fixing these, we were told, “We’re only human, we make mistakes too,” and expected to proofread everything ourselves at home, then email them our corrections. After hours of stress, we submitted our revisions.. only to find many were ignored, leading to 5 rounds of back-and-forth revisions. We eventually had to go in person to finalize everything because even the “final” version still had mistakes. Most of the staff were friendly, but the person handling our case seemed impatient, as if we were taking too much of their time. For the price we paid, we shouldn’t have had to do their job for them. If you use this firm, triple-check everything yourself. Their mistakes could have cost us everything
