NYC Department Of Finance - Staten Island Anthony LoGiudice: Waited on hold for almost 2 hours. Woman was very rude and hung up on me after I explain that payment is restricted online . I am a very respectful person and God-fearing. I go to church every Sunday. I’ve never been treated like this before in my life. Shame on that person and hope no one ever has to deal with her wrath
