5 /5 brian murphy: Gary was really great! He helped me out with sizing my 5 watches today and he was so efficient. He also had me try on each watch to make sure they all fit to my liking. Great sense of humor as well. I would highly recommend Strauch Jewelers! Great work Gary!

5 /5 Johan Steiner: I needed some links taken out of a watch so only came here for that service. The man was friendly and helpful. He said he needed 20 minutes, so I came back and the service cost me $20. I cant comment on the jewelry that they sell.

5 /5 Diane Osborn: I’ve been to this jeweler several times, most recently for an appraisal. Every time, without exception, I had a terrific experience. The interior of the store is outdated, but who cares?! The great service and beautiful jewelry make this place a win-win. Do not hesitate to visit Strauch in Mamaroneck….you will be glad you did!

1 /5 Ana Carraca: My mother called prior to her visit for a battery replacement. She was told btwn $10-$20. My mother has a very inexpensive watch. No Panerai or Chopard watch. The replacement took seconds. She was then charged the full $20.00. When asking why she was told "She had complicated watch". Really? Something complicated that took 5 second? Doesnt sound so complicated to me. What a crook - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

1 /5 Kitchen-Koncerts: Brought my watch in for a battery replacement but did not install it correctly so brought it back and he did not even try to make it right and fix it .told me to call the company i bought it from lol
