I regularly branch in Latham and its undergoing many different changes. I found the Brunswick branch exceptional with getting my needs met with their customer service.

1 /5 Nicole Nunez: They charged me $1.25 every time I used my card. When using it at a register and when taking cash out of the ATM, they charged an extra $1.25 on top of the ATM fee. I’ve never heard of a bank doing that and I can’t afford an extra $20+ a month just to use my debit card. I also asked for overdraft to be turned off on my account and they told me they did so, then proceeded to charge me $30 for an overdraft fee more than once. They show the $30 as an “ATM fee” from the place that last charged the card. I contacted said place and verified the charge did not come from them. The whole thing is fishy. I’m switching banks at this point.

Kate Archibald: I cannot say enough positive things about FNY. I had a car loan through them that I recently paid off, and the process was so smooth, from the initial paperwork to the final payoff of the loan. The rates were the lowest in the area, the online portal was extremely easy to use and secure, and there were no issues that arose from paying off the loan early. Should I ever need another auto loan, Id definitely go through them again.

Harold Felt: A very information exchanging & gathering process for sure. Felt like it went on forever. Once I went to pick up my check, employees were arguing with each other, disagreeing & down being unprofessional & rude to towards each other BUT more importantly me. The agent I was dealing was really trying but the office is a very dynamic environment. I probably should have just got a loan from "Louie" down the street for a lot less hassle. Be cautious near this location. Save your sanity.

Michael Block: Absolutely the worst bank ive ever tryed to do a transaction at. This branch employs 2 gentleman who are by far the worst employees. I think they disliked to help anyone and hate there jobs. All i tryed to do was cash one of there customers personal cah made out to me. Please find another job where you are likeable and happy to help others . Thanks for the non help and yeah you 2 jerks definitely deserve a raise lol Notttt. This bank is not for Citizens and the name doesnt fit this location at all. Will never do Business or even try in the near future .

Connor: At least the last time I was there super friendly and accommodating!! I ask if they could wear disposable gloves during the transaction because they handle money all day. The manager is amazing and always accommodating. Def recommend over the Latham branch if you can avoid going there I would go to Troy!!
