5 /5 Ted Lightfoot: I decided to start working out when I retired (pre-pandemic). Unlike most who make that resolution and let it fall by the wayside, I’m still at Tailored Fitness three days a week six years later. How did I stick to it when so many others don’t? Ashley and the crew are great people motivators— great people too— and have created an exceptionally supportive environment.
It is very much a family place. The crowd is mostly married or divorced with kids and or grandkids. It is a great resource for parenting advice, recommendations of where to take my wife for a romantic dinner, and the usual Buffalo word of mouth networking.
The “tailored” part is real and critically important to an old geezer like me. I’ve stuck with it through broken ribs and two surgeries (that required some time off). It isn’t technically PT, but the training is always adapted to aches, pains, the state of your recovery — and what needs work. I have nothing to offer about the place but praise and gratitude.
