Bernadette and Catherine are so fast to reply to any questions I have, handled an auto glass claim I had in minutes, are always polite and super friendly, and handled all the paperwork when I recently purchased a new vehicle so all I had to do was sign one document! I’d recommend the Bradley Agency to anyone looking for auto insurance!

Each year I am contacted personally to discuss my multiple policies, (auto, homeowners, liability) and how well my insurance needs are being met by the current coverage. As we all know, each year insurance costs rise....it’s inevitable, but Bernadette has been most helpful about advising me how changes can be made to keep costs consistent without reducing coverage. Her advice has always been excellent. She and Cathy are always professional, pleasant and friendly. I am a contented customer!

5 /5 Michael Beaudin: Upon moving to NY from NC, I immediately contacted the Bradley Agency for renters and auto insurance through Erie Insurance. Through a combination of many errors, including a major one with my NC title, my registration was delayed and we learned that the only 2 states that wont accept another states coverage are NC and NY ... this caused serious problems with the NCDMVs insurance department, twice requiring reissuing policies, effective coverage dates, etc.... my Bradley Insurance Team of Bernadette and Cathy, dealt with the bureaucracy and all the details, spending an inordinate amount of timel and, with their knowledge and professionalism, resolved all my issues! While I hope I never have an accident, based on their exemplary level of service I know that if I do, I will receive the highest levels of customer service. The silver lining of my experience was that they also found me an extremely competitive rate and I would recommend their services to anyone.

1 /5 Patricia Father: Never do business here she is so rude. I treat my dog better and with more respect than the way she treats her customers. Maybe she needs to find a new career because apparently after 25 years of her dealing with insurance companies it has gotten the best of her. If I could give her zero stars I would and I am not the only one that feels that way that has left her agency.

Bernadette is caring and thoughtful about her clients needs. I have never once felt that I wasnt important or that my insurance needs werent met. The Bradley Agency covers both my auto and home insurance. I would recommend The Bradley Agency to anyone without hesitation.
