I had been planning to get my white gold jewelry cleaned, and they kindly did it for free even though the piece wasn’t originally from their store! Alberto didn’t hesitate to help, and Lisa was so friendly, offering helpful advice and introducing me to some of their beautiful pieces. It was a quick interaction, but truly worthwhile. I’ll definitely be coming back to look for something special and to support their business. Wishing the business more success!

Went in to simply replace a battery for my watch which had great sentimental value because of my Dad who has since passed and it wasn’t the fanciest or the most expensive watch but the service was so great and kind. I tried to pay and they declined. Highly recommend this establishment. Whenever I go in I’m treated so well. Thank you!

Man Guy: I gave this guy a large down payment On a bracelet just before the quarantine happened In March I would pick it up when the bracelet came in and pay off the rest. Now that’s a fact that I have been played because this guy has been avoiding all of my calls my text messages to his personal phone and trying to Get over on me it’s not right and he is trying not to sell me my jewelry that I gave my money for I will pay a visit down there next week and if so I will take legal action. It is wrong to play with peoples money like that this guy is a crook and a scam artist be careful when dealing with him. He took my money before the quarantine and now that it’s lifted he is trying to avoid me.

Alisha Esau: just purchased a Brazilian gold chain a few days ago, the very next day the chain turned white. it was taken back to the store the next day, i was then asked to still put half of the price for another chain, after rejecting they decided to give a new chain. Again the chain turned white, I’m certain this is not Brazilian gold, and a total waste of my money of which I was told would not be refunded. the service by the owner was absolute trash. Very rude and direspectful and a total lack of customer service at this place. After two attempts I’m still stuck with this white chain, which was supposed to be Brazilian gold, but faded in a matter of hours.
