1 /5 Libertybell Langdon: This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with close to 30 years. I only charged insurance company once I realized I there customer service was terrible. I had auto & renters. I canceled my renters insurance November 2024 & still to this day they are still taking money out of my bank account. I have called, emailed, text it doesn’t matter you can never get a hold of anyone. At this point I am ready to contact my lawyer. I have stage 4 terminal cancer I don’t have much money & with them taking money for 9 extra months is ridiculous. I don’t believe they have a perfect score no way must be made up

R Sy: Sorry. Cant post a good review. Person who answered the phone seemed genuinely uninterested in helping me (perhaps because I called on lunch?). I called an agent because I assumed it would be hard to get coverage on my own after getting a non-renewal from my insurance because my husband and I each had one deer accident and one hail claim within the last 3 years (which by the way was our entire driving record for 30 years). Anyway, the person that answered was very unhelpful, offered zero sympathy, just said- highly unlikely I can get you coverage - really? You’re an agent but I guess your company only works with people that have never had a claim? Nice way to do business. Called a single insurance company myself. Got the exact coverage I had for $120 less a month - YES per month. In the end, I’m so glad you couldn’t help as I guarantee I would’ve been charged more!
