    David F: Diamonds are terrible quality. Bought a piece when I got home I saw it had a black spot in middle. At first they were gracious and said they would switch it out for me. I gave it in and they held on to it for three weeks. When I reached out to find out if it was done. They said they are not doing it and I can come pick it up or exchange in the store. Now when doing my research I hear lots of people know their diamonds are terrible. I wont be shopping here again.

    Poonam Ribadia: asked them to resize and clean a family heirloom ring and they LOSE ONE OF THE DIAMONDS. Refuse to show me the security footage and won’t let go in the back where the jewelry gets fixed. Takes the ring for 30 minutes, still won’t allow me in the back. Brings the ring back and there’s a whole different misshaped and damaged “stone” and the ring itself is also damaged. Refused to do anything, and kept telling me to come back in 4 days to speak to the owner.
