1 /5 Eric: Basically pointless to be associated with this bank. I was formally with Everbank out of Florida for precious metals. TIAA bought them out. ACH transactions, check deposits, and other basic transactional services take absolutely forever to process, settle, and funds available. My credit union processes transactions far faster. Chase is almost immediate. Their app was a huge degrade - basically pointless unless u are reviewing their account. Their over the phone customer service is good though. Only reason Iv stuck with TIAA is because my credit card rate is exceptional - they dont offer credit cards anymore. What a shame. Today I went to a branch for the first time - by appointment only...like are you serious? Couldnt even deposit a check or have access to an ATM. Why I give it 1 star.

1 /5 Ted Carey: Had to call 4 times to get my new bank account attached to my loans after being told the 3 times before all was set. The 4th time I called I had to actually do it on their website instead of their associate doing it for me. You think having to pay a maintenance fee, they’d be competent enough to do their job and not have the customer do it for them.

2 /5 Owen Young: Dont bother calling the local phone number. You will be transferred to the toll free main number. Good luck if you need to call on behalf of an incapacitated family member.
