I explain a certain case workers phone goes straight to voice-mail and have recieved no return calls since last week. "Is their someone else who can help me?this is very time sensative." What does she do?? TRANSER ME TO SAID CASE WORKER. I JUST SAID SHE NEVER ANSWERS. GET ME SOMEONE ELSE.

2 /5 Mike Misfit (JesterTheFallen969): Took my taxes down there to get them done the day before cutoff any was assured that this was fine only to be told that they werent taking anymore and I was pretty much S.O.L. just felt like they really couldnt care less and with gas being over 4 dollars a gallon a wastes trip does not make me happy.

Fitzwilliam Darcy: The worst financial institution I have ever dealt with-- ever! The robotic phone menu is maddening and lacks sufficient options. When you do get a human on the phone (after a half-hour wait), they are ill-informed and incompetent. They keep claiming I have a savings account when I dont. They are incapable of following simple instructions regarding an RMD. I wanted direct deposit but couldnt set-up online and after nearly an hour speaking to two representatives, I decided to stick with a check mailed to my home. Yet, a few days later, TIAA used the account and routing # given initially for my checking account and without my knowledge or consent, indeed despite my express request to a representative not to do so, they withdrew small sums from my checking account to God knows where-- and then I received a form letter saying that they could not "complete" my request for an RMD-- Now, as I type this, I am on hold yet again (3rd call in 2 weeks) waiting over 1/2 for another rep to clarify what is going on. As I said, worst financial institution ever. I will try and get my money out totally asap! This was a simple request for a RMD and they are totally unable to process this. Go elsewhere if you can.

Maureen Barnard: I’ve tried to call several times, you state your hours are from 8:30 to 5… but no one picks up, the recording repeats itself over and over and over. My financial advisor told me he called and left a message and no one called him back. Your message center says leave a message, but your message center says, you cannot leave a message, it’s full. This is very annoying. Someone should be checking and correcting your phone message.
