2 /5 Cierra L.: I brought my necklace there to get my nameplate removed (which was perfectly fine) all they had to do was detach the plate and attach my chain back together. Whoever fixed my necklace, it constantly turns on my neck now. You can see where they attached it back, and it almost looks like my necklace was broken and glued back together the wrong way (which I believe is why it keeps turning). I’m very unsatisfied and I do NOT recommend this jewelry store.

wil Valentin: Be very careful these people sold me gold plated chain and mens bracelet as real gold. I bought 4 items from them 1 14k ring, 1 10k chain, 1 10k bracelet, 1 10k cross. Paid a total of $2,680. The chain and bracelet were gold plated. Completely worthless.

Every time I go the lady always has an attitude as if she doesn’t care if you buy or not. Also they are really expensive for stuff that isn’t quality.
