Community Bank, N.A. - Oswego Sierra Palmer: They did not apply my car payment correctly in October. Tried to penalize me for it until I informed them of their mistake while paying my November car payment. Again, they applied it incorrectly and I get a notice in the mail?? Do not do business with these people under any circumstances! This is absolutely insane, and I have never experienced such horrific disregard for someones elses money in my life! Words cannot express how upset and stressed I am. How can I trust that they will fix their mistakes, when they told me that they messed up and were fixing it to my face in November, only to do again for that very payment?!
I will be going in tomorrow to insist management does something that very day. A complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has been filed.
