    Al: So heres my fair honest experience at Thomas Crociata. The parking is good, you wont wait long and you see him generally fast within 15-20 minutes as he preparing your taxes. However he has a lot of clients and if your a new client he probably wont be able to see you until the end of tax season, for me it was always the last week of March. Also i had a bad experience when he missed one digit on my checking account and now i have to wait at least a few weeks perhaps even months causing inconvenience in my life because of his mistaken clerical error. So please if you go to him, just double check your tax return copy folder before he gives it back to you.

    Amanda Beasley: I received a letter in the mail from them with my street address and a random city, state and zip code which I did not live in. Their letter claimed that I had a violation with the City of West Palm Beach on 9/24/21. I was never in West Palm Beach that day and I have proof. I called and spoke to numerous customer services representatives and provided them with the reference code listed on the letter, but they could not find the account in their system and asked me to call them back "in a week or so" when the glitch was out of their system. I called the City of West Palm Beach myself and they could not locate any citation under my name or on that specific date. They explained that this is not the first time they have heard of this happening. Do not send these people money!
