Bethany checked it under the microscope and found one of my prongs are missing and she said please don’t wear this ring until it is fixed. I was so thankful that she discovered this, I said I have worn it every day for the past 35 years and I would be devastated if I lost my diamond. David was amazing and showed me the stone under the microscope and that I also had a small chip in it. I picked my ring up today and it looks absolutely gorgeous, I got emotional putting it back on my finger and seeing what a beautiful job David did resetting it! My husband is so happy with how ring looks too! Thanks Bethany, Amber, Lauren and David for everything!

They guided him with their expertise while making him feel as if he landed on the choice on his own. While changing the battery in my watch they discovered the battery corroded. While cleaning the inside prior to replacing the battery I was provided with recommendations on how to prevent that from happening with my watches. It was a phenomenal experience and I would highly recommend Kirks to everyone.

Aimee Town: I brought in a necklace that needed the clasp replaced and a unique ring to be repaired. He fixed the necklace to my satisfaction and in a timely manner, however, for the ring repair, he quoted a price of $600. That was more than I could spend at the time so I didnt have it repaired. Back in Ft. Lauderdale, I took the ring to the jeweler that I have been doing business with for 33 years. She is repairing the ring for $80. I will never go back to the Watch Shop.
