Nicholas Hudson: Community Action swindles landlords into accepting their clients by promising that they will make timely payments of rent. They lie. They dont ever pay on time, and their internal processes are specifically designed to ensure that their clients rents are never paid on time. I strongly recommend that landlords avoid working with this agency at all costs, unless youre okay with rents arriving mid-month consistently. I hope this helps tenants to understand why they have such difficulty finding a landlord that wants to work with their CAP assistance.
