The space is comfortable, welcoming, and inclusive. The yoga offerings are diverse and always leave me feeling renewed. Roots is the best place to find what you need to grow. One of my favorite events to attend at the studio is shamanic breathwork. It is an incredibly powerful experience that shifts energy in the body and mind using your breath, for healing and clearing. It grounds you and also elevates you…a very intense practice!

    karen clark: I cannot speak about how they are for gymnastics but as far as a birthday party I can say don’t have one there it was horrible the owner was the worst. She literally policed every second of the party she gave no personal space and spent more time running her mouth with everything the kids couldn’t do to where the kids could not even enjoy themselves at all. And then felt the need to grab my granddaughter around the waste who is only 4 and who’s party it was for to tell her once again what she couldn’t do and that is very inappropriate you should never put your hands on someone else’s child. So much more I could say but will leave it as one of the worst experiences ever and would never recommend this place to any other parents.
