Randy B. Our truck decided that it would completely fail. It had a dead battery, once charged it could not even see the key fob. We called OConnor and arranged to have the truck towed from Indian Lake. They were able to quickly find the issue and repair it. The truck required special programming. They got it to the facility and back quickly! They then found that the starter had also failed. They replaced it without delay. The shop went above and beyond in repairing our truck at a very reasonable price with great communication! Thanks!!

Tatiana Sieren Wow! These guys were so great and helpful. We were driving through the mountains and our engine light came on. They checked it all out (in the rain, no less) and assured us that it would be OK to drive for now. Also recommended a great restaurant down the street, where we could eat and wait out the rain a bit). Thank you Mike!

Dan Studebaker Had to fix my dads car which is a make I am not familiar with. When I screwed up and got the wrong part (twice) these guys took the part back and didnt laugh me out of the shop. Great to have an auto parts place in LP and even better that they are helpful.
