Sean Cone I was very pleased with Napa in Norwich they do things right I was impressed and the young lady behind the counter help me was very knowledgeable friendly and she had a smile that makes a day go a lot better for the person on the other side thats having maybe a bad day thank you for that and they also mixes their own spray paint to order how awesome is if they dont have your color mix it and put it in a spray can that is awesome I am definitely going back there its not like other Auto part places in Norwich that dont know what they are doing awesome have a wonderful blessed happy day

Alaskan Malamute Horrible place! Dragged my car side ways across the parking lot and never released the transmission so my 4WD was in neutral to load it on the tow truck. Broke the internal steering wheel lock, ripped off my front bumper and scratched the hood and fender with the tow chain. Then they said "You cant prove any of what happened!" Turns out the parking lot I was in had security cameras and caught it all on tape! AND 3 people in the shopping area Videotaped the entire mess with their cell phones! AAA is going after this place! BEWARE if you want to keep your car in one piece! See the photos!

jim ritter I brought tires and Rims into this establishment to be mounted on my vehicle Even though they were very hard to be mounted. Which I do understand. I had to return to professional tire service because my tire was losing air - Come to find out it was the new TPMS Valve that had the leak. When I got there to try to have it fixed the mechanic came out and Arrogantly said “I will not take those tires off the rims again they gave us such a hard time” so they got nasty and said too bad, We will not do anything about it! They never told me when the tires went on there were no guarantees on Their workmanship. Keep in mind I paid for a service as they said that they can provide but did not want to fix the issue they caused. This is why supporting local businesses is not a good option especially at this place And then wonder why they don’t stay in business!! I would advise not to do business with this company! It’s a Shame!!

Walter Houston I always try to shop local and let the working guy get some work. Went in on a Friday and the mechanic made an appointment for me on Monday. He said hed get the parts in and be ready for me. No worry, no hurry. Go in on Monday and he had not ordered parts. I ended up going to Mavis and was in and out in 3 hours. Sure sorry it didnt work out, but I wont waste my time again

Tommy Mckeon The manager rich was rude and arrogant. My truck went in 5 weeks ago when I picked it up and paid my bill I walked out with him and couldn’t believe the awful paint job the orange peel was so bad in the sun. So he said your right I’ll have the guys buff it out on Saturday. Then I noticed they charged me for mud flaps and used my old ones. They wrote me a check for that but was not gonna say anything if I didn’t. Then I noticed they missed paint on the quarter panel. I had light bulbs that didn’t work and they damaged my back window with my tool box. I was called a liar and now they said they won’t open on Saturday so they want me to miss work for them to fix one of there mistakes. Please don’t go there they will rob you. They charge me for almost 50 hours of work my truck was in there garage maybe 2 1/2 days. Beware. !!!

Kevin Lahey Theres a sign out front looking for glass technicians. TL;DR: They werent open at 1pm, when theyd made an appointment for me to come by, and didnt answer texts or a call. I left at 1:10pm, and when I returned at 1:30pm, they told me that all the technicians were busy working, and they couldnt help me. I cant speak to the quality of the work, but clearly they are profoundly unprofessional. My insurance company sent me here for a new windshield. Norwich Glass sent me texts to tell me to show up at 1pm and that itd take about three hours to install the windshield. I busted my ass to get there by 1pm, and arrived right on time, to be greeted by a locked door. I walked around the whole facility (they have a Cybertruck parked out back, which kinda tells you a bit more about who they are and how much they make working with glass), took the below pictures, and, after texting and trying to call the contact number I had, left at about 1:10pm to get some gas. Note that the sign says that they will return at 8. Whether thats PM or AM isnt clear. It also says that this is a drop-off only site (I walked around the whole building, and there was no other public entrance). I got gas, tried again to call them and was sent straight to voicemail, and stopped back by again to see if there was any change. At around 1:25pm, the door was still locked, and no staff was evident. I finally called the number on this Google page, and eventually got through to a sales person, who told me that Id arrived too soon (1pm, when I was told to arrive), hadnt waited long enough (almost 10 minutes!?), and that all technicians were now occupied and that they couldnt help me until tomorrow (or was it Monday?). If thats how unprofessional these folks are, do you really want to entrust them with your car?

The Sales Consultant, Paul M., was very helpful, honest and, unlike past experiences that Ive had with other dealers, he was not pushy when it came to the add-ons, like extended warranty, service program or rust protection (I declined all). Since it was a pre-owned vehicle, it did not come with a manual, factory door access code or a second key fob. But, when I asked if I could get those, Paul and the Sales Manager, Mark L., made sure that I got them at no additional cost. During my first service appointment, for an oil change, the service department was very pleasant and helpful.
