Tina Marie J. I stopped coming here after I began noticing little changes with my car starting to happen after I had already gotten it checked out. I bought new tires from them atleast 3x & the tires there suck, always something wrong with them. Then during winter one of my replaced tires they sold me kept getting a hole in it. I take it back just to get ANOTHER ruined tire which they pretended not to notice the hole inside the first time I took it to them. After replacing it they tried to charge me for the mistake they made and I said HELL NO! I was ready to drive on out that lot but the boss said it’s ok. The tiny little mechanic with the glasses hates his job, isn’t very useful & is real rude. They charge you for just driving past their lot. My bf hates this spot so I stopped going before they completely ruin my entire car. Avoid them

Tom Reichert I have done business with this family for 25+ years. I used to manage a fleet of 6 or so vehicles, with Payless as my go-to service provider. They have always been honest and fair. Years ago I had an inspection at a reputable nearby business, who told me I needed to change my original radiator hoses based on their age. I then asked Zahid (the main Payless owner), who told me these were original Toyota hoses, the highest grade available, and without looking at them advised me not to change them. Then he showed me their continued flexibility and integrity, demonstrating what good condition they were in. That was at least 10 years ago, and I still have the same car with the same hoses. There have been other times someone else recommended a particular repair, and he told me to do nothing. He was always right. Any time I ask him a car question, he always cheerfully gives me a straight answer. I moved away in 2016. Last year, I was there for an oil change. I observed him advising another customer. (keep in mind he serviced my prior fleet of 6+ cars, so I know him well). He quickly and decisively advised the customer of what to do. I was struck by how much knowledge he had accumulated over the years. I regret that having moved away, I cannot take advantage of his services (except when I visit), and I miss him for his reliable and honest advice and service.
