Lynnette Cooper I left multiple messages & sent multiple emails but Mr.Pettigrass never called back nor email replied. This caused me to half to make an hour and a half trip (each way). He then got to court late for my daughters case and when I asked if he got my messages he just said "yes" and turned away from me- no apology or care in the world. He told the Judge he will be filing a 2nd charge- one reported 6wks+ earlier but not filed yet! When I cornered him after court, he said that 2nd charge is going to be much less than what 2 other Presentment Agencies in 2 other counties said it should be!

He was appointed to me without my permission when I met with him he lied to my face and said he would get me a plea and then when we got into the courtroom in front of the judge he tried to change his whole story. He also became irate and started swearing at me and my witness. He was drunk and smelled of alcohol. And I dont know how he still has a job as a lawyer. You are not a very good one you should think of retirement. Everything was recorded on court minutes see you soon.

Laurie Fabian This office was used by the buyers bank when we sold our house. I found it funny when I read the mission statement on their webpage. Our closing was held up for over 2 weeks because the attorney wouldnt schedule it, even though all parties were requesting a closing ASAP and all paperwork was submitted. It cost three families extra money, time and aggravation. The buyers agent was told to stop contacting the office because they would get to it when they could. That was when they actually responded to the calls. Their webpage says they consider the needs of the customer, they work in a timely manner, and they use the latest technology, except, I guess, when they choose to wait to the very last second to schedule a closing, and dont wire money even when it would benefit the client. BTW, there was never any explanation given as to why the big delay. I believe a client should have the right to know why their best interests are not being considered. Obviously, I would never recommend this firm as they certainly dont put the customer first.
