I followed their instructions and sent the required funds, but despite numerous emails and calls, I have yet to hear from Haley or anyone else handling my case. I was initially told the process would take only a few weeks, but it has now been over 2.5 years, and I still have no updates on whether my case has been resolved. Extremely frustrating experience—would not recommend.

Brave Heart This firm was very good. They kept in touch regularly through my case. They were able to get a decent amount for my accident. There weren’t really any problems except it took five years to settle. That was my only concern. I would defiantly recommend them and would use them again.

Francois Caudrillier If youre looking for someone to protect your interest in a divorce case run away. Hes content with shuffling paperwork back and forth with the opposing lawyer charging you with every transaction. He will let the divorce proceedings drag on as long as possible. I had to request that the judge set a date to get things finalized and he waited til the day before we were supposed to meet with the judge (12 months had gone by since) to have a conference with the opposing lawyer. He went into the meeting totally unprepared to the point where I was the one negotiating with the opposing lawyer. I ended up loosing $150K in the process and he called me the next day to tell me how well things went. His suggestion to keep the divorce amicable was the worst possible advise as I got screwed the next year filing taxes. Recently I asked to file a motion as my ex refuses to return personal items and the gave me an excuse stating how expensive it would be. Absolutely useless.

Wesley Haas Absolutely awful people. 1.5 years into my work comp claim with an uninsured employer. This firm doesn’t communicate, or advocate in any way. Most seems to get ignored. Trying to settle with a malicious employer , this firm has no compassion or empathy. I called last week with frustrations and concerns, also told them my dad is dying with a recent diagnosis of a brain tumor. Jared’s parter who doesn’t know me, terry, sent letter to judge for Jared to be removed from case after all this time. They said my email sounded “abusive” yet don’t recognize the abuse I’m facing at all. Nothing unless said was abusive and everyone I have spoke to agrees. I spoke to a dif lawyer, who had 3 people , switch to him from this firm, for same exact reasons. These people have no heart, only care about money. They put my uninsured claim into 100x more chaos now while I already have no way to pay for anything with employer not being covered. Other lawyers have now told me much different stories then these guys did regarding the process of my claim. If you use this claim be prepared to be ignored about almost everything you ask with the same lame excuses from their staff.

Snatch Williams It was Monday. I had a petty larceny case court date that Friday. After noticing his law office is located right in downtown Binghamton contacted this charming lawyer who actually responds to their phone calls. This man took me that afternoon and took my case no questions asked. He prepared me for that Friday and we settled my case right there and then. What a legend. If you’re a college student in trouble, you want this clinic on your side!

Ivy Miller I was met with no help at all. I cam for inquiry and was met with impatience and no kind of guidance nd directory. Was told I as a tenant held no rights, even thought they specified they dont tackled landlord and tenant affairs. Do not go here for any similar problems, fruitless. Kept me on the phone way longer than needed with no help or hospitality at all. Would give no stars if I knew how. BU Students please avoid.

Theyre really great at helping you think outside of the box.
