Colby Wold I sought Mr. Hobikas help to look into suing a local department over some tickets that were issued to me for an error that was not my fault. Mr. Hobika not only acted like he couldnt be bothered with it, when I explained that I was not looking for help with the tickets but wanted a lawyer to look into suing this particular department he responded with "Oh you can handle the tickets? Good luck with that." and proceeded to hang up on me. Well I got out of court today and guess what? I got my tickets dismissed without any attorneys assistance. What Mr. Hobika is unaware of is that I own two companies and they are both getting large enough that I need a legal firm on retention. Had Mr. Hobika not been such a jerk to me on the phone, his legal firm would have been one of the first ones I spoke with regarding retaining them for my businesses. He quickly made sure that not only do I not want him ever for a personal lawyer, but I would not want his firm to ever come within ten feet of my companies. There are better options out there from lawyers that dont act like a consultation is beneath them and your seeking help is bothering them. First and last time I ever seek their assistance with anything, and I recommend looking elsewhere.

Courtney MacLaury It would be helpful if someone answered their phones so my husband can finish his intake and maybe get some help. Weve called numerous times on Thursday and Friday, and now today but no one answers nor do they call back. Its a shame.

In that time he has failed to settle this estate in a timely manner, he has repeatedly lost documents, and has now just resorted to having his secretary send generic emails because he does not possess the honor and professionalism to admit he is only in his field for money and not the “love of the job” as he said in a zoom meeting. And just a last bit of information, he said the final forms would be mailed out…..it has been one month with no forms. If it was me I would trust my families emotions, estate and trust with another person.
