3 /5 Kim Ross: Came early for dinner but didnt want the buffet so ordered from the bar. Bar staff is great but they were overwhelmed with drink and food orders. We ordered at 5:30 and waited over an hour for our food. Another table waited 2 hours. We spoke with a female manager about our experience. Her response was that the customers are very happy with the buffet. Unfortunately the regular bar patrons are not happy but that didnt seem to matter. We later spoke with Rob, he was extremely understanding, listened very patiently and did what he could to take care of one of the tables that still hadnt gotten their order after 2 hrs. He is an asset to Delaware North as well as the bar tender, Rich, who was also very helpful and did his best given the situation. This is a good example for how to handle a negative situation.
