3 /5 Steve Lane: Due for a remodel. The food was good, the place was clean. It’s just getting old. They are closing at the end of the season for a full remodel. Looking forward to seeing them return in a couple of years

5 /5 Barbara Diefenderfer: A conference center at the Chautauqua Institute. Dining room food is very good and varied. Sleeping rooms are comfortable. Meeting space is convenient for small conferences. In a beautiful location.

1 /5 Amani Cole-Felder: Kitchen staff is unsanitary and rude. Kitchen Staff does not understand performers schedules and the demands of the program. Food is prepared poorly and often re-served the following day if not eaten. No air conditioning proper ventilation.
