Cacciatore’s Italian Steakhouse and Primo Pizzeria - Ilion (NY)

3 /5 csanfino: We went on a Tuesday night with a party of six. We understand Tuesday is not where a restaurant is had its strongest but there was many issues that we had. The bread didnt come for almost 40 minutes after we got there and 25 minutes after we ordered. Read to ask for water refills and My grandmothers steak was overcooked and they had to make it a second time. Then the final thing was they added a charge for a meal that we never ordered to our bill. This place is branded as a steakhouse and they charge delmonicos prices for their steak but they dont have delmonicos service. Their pizza is good but their stakehouse is not. 3 stars is generous. One last thing the lights in the area where we have there are 2 lights that are set to a different brightness than all of the other lights. It doesnt really help with the steakhouse vibe. You need to adjust the brightness on those disk lights. Its fairly easy to do. Edit I do appreciate the reply. I will add yes I spoke to waitress and they did correct my order and remove the item I didnt order.

5 /5 Francesco Affatigato: Wow. Food and drinks were top shelf. Prices are SUPER reasonable. Quality of seafood/and beef were top shelf. Definitely a new favorite for the family and friends. Highly recommend!!! Definitely would come back and try something new. So happy to see talent like this in our area!

5 /5 Dustin Lamb: Cacciatores is my favorite place in the valley to get high quality food. Their food has always been amazing. Their updated recipes and menu are next level. My whole party stated it was one of the best meals theyve ever had and I absolutely agree. My mother and I both ordered the chicken francaise and it was the best weve ever had, by far. The different flavors were an experience on its own. Amazing, fantastic, 5 stars, excellent, superior, theres not enough adjectives to describe the quality and how tasteful this meal was. The next day, the food was just as amazing. Every meal ive ever ordered from has been worthy of 5 stars. Looking forward to trying everything else on the menu. One of the best family owned/operated Italian/American restaurants around!

My husband and I are local and we are so happy to have a place to call home base when we want GREAT food, friendly fast service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything is fresh, made to order and absolutely delicious! Can’t recommend Cacciatore’s enough… we come here time and time again.
