1 /5 K Lee: We got there when it was busy with a wait - waited 30 minutes to be seated. Multiple parties who came in after us walked out prior to being seated so we remained the last people waiting.
We finally get seated and then quickly after we are seated they seat 3 walk in tables next to us. The server comes to our table first of the 4 tables and takes drink orders and says she will be right back to take our order, but then proceeds to take the 3 other tables food orders. Not one after another, but take an order put it in, walk around, take another order put it in, walk around…..
The table next to us had their food by the time she took our food order. I told the host/manager and he gave me an attitude and said she is taking the orders now, yet ours still wasn’t taken for quite awhile.
Food is delivered with a comment of will be back with toast, that was another 10 minutes wait for toast while waiting with over easy eggs which were cold by the time toast came out. She brought 2 plates, any decent server could have also brought toast….
Another long wait for a check, not surprising we were the last of the 4 tables in the section to get ours. I’ve worked in the service industry and know how hard it is, however this service was terrible.
Server could clearly not handle her section and could not handle breakfast volume in a diner, other servers seemed to be doing just fine. Do not recommend between the poor service and lack of management concern was a horrible experience.
