4 /5 Eric Mandel: Surprisingly good basic Mexican food, cheery friendly staff, small but pleasant and comfortable interior at the end of a small strip mall. And great value for the quality and quantity! You order and they build it in front of you at your direction from the many bins of ingredients- all scratch from the kitchen according to the manager. Bright and cheery interior tables with comfortable metal chairs. Babacoa was tender and flavorful if a little dry, chicken was great. Same price to load up with all the toppings from guacamole to lime wedges. Two tacos were more than enough for me (3 is the standard order). Popular for takeout too. Bonus: pleasant jazz and world background music and not too loud!
