5 /5 Vlad G: We had an absolutely amazing experience here! We started with the shrimp — they were perfectly cooked: juicy, tender, not overdone at all. For our main dishes, we had the ribs and brisket. The ribs literally melted in our mouths, while the brisket was outstanding — tender, juicy, with that rich smoky aftertaste that lingers just right. The fries were simply amazing, tasting like true homemade fries. The service was great — attentive and friendly. Highly, highly recommend this place!

5 /5 Amandeep Rakhraj: A bunch of us came in for lunch on a Sunday pre-Bills game and tried whatever we could on the menu. The Mac and cheese side is more a penne-and-cheese but still solid. The catfish fingers and onion rings were great. Their fried chicken was amazing and is a must try. The brisket is also solid but the ribs definitely stole the show. As for sauces, all four are great but the Carolina was a favourite (think tangy vinegar base but a touch spicier and more flavourful) and the Memphis had a nice hint of spice with sweetness. The service was just as quick and super hospitable.

From the moment you walk in, the warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel right at home. The aroma of slow-smoked meats fills the air, instantly sparking your appetite. The ribs are tender and flavorful, perfectly coated with their signature sauce that strikes the right balance of smoky and sweet.

5 /5 Charles Quagliana: I first heard about Fat Bobs a few years ago but it wasnt until I visited 42 North and had The Whole Farm Nachos (quite possibly the best nachos ever! ) that I visited the sit down, Buffalo location. I had the southern fried chicken (only on Sundays) hush puppies and collard greens, my wife had the ribs with Cole slaw and Mac salad. We also had the Texas Twinkies (Cheese stuffed Jalapeños wrapped in bacon then cooked in the smoker) Every item was pure perfection and the best Ive had in WNY! The service was excellent, the food TASTY and the rest rooms were clean. I have allready been there three or four times and plan on going back again soon!
