Greek Gyros Schoharie - Schoharie (NY)

5 /5 Lenna Darbin Andrews: This is wonderful, unpretentious Greek food. The counter is set up for take out, but there is plenty of seating if you want to stay. We had one chicken and one traditional gyros with Greek Fries. The owners are sweet Greek people and it is a family affair, with family members contributing. The seating area is clean and comfortable. While we were there, we saw one of the owners walk a disabled patron out to their car, going way above and beyond typical restaurant service. This place transported me back to the Bronx with their authentic food and neighborliness, where reatuarant staff knew their patrons and went out of their way for them. All in all, a lovely evening and dinner. I will be back for baklava!

5 /5 Michele Panicola: My husband and I recently came here with our family to grab a quick dinner, and it was fantastic! The gyro meat is freshly shaved right in front of you while you wait, and it’s absolutely mouthwatering — especially with their creamy, flavorful tzatziki sauce. The falafels are fantastic too: crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and packed with flavor. Don’t miss the baklava either — it’s next-level delicious, perfectly made with just the right balance of sweetness and crunch. Portions are generous, so definitely come hungry! On top of the amazing food, the service is outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with a smile and genuine hospitality until the moment you leave. This is one of those places you try once and immediately know you’ll be coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

5 /5 boostedmonza502: My chicken gyro was amazing and the size was awesome lots of meat and fresh lettuce and the pita was very good not gummy or chewy at all like most places. I hope they are open for many more years to come. I also got the Greek Frys and they were excellent but dont forget to order white sauce with them because I forgot to when I ordered mine. Parking is a little tight on a Friday night because the local bar next door but you can always find a spot someplace on Main St. The portion sizes are very generous and I cant thank you enough for that. Love this place

5 /5 Jennifer Magi: This place is located in the heart of the Village of Schoharie just a little past Stewarts if you are traveling in from Route 7. Ive passed this place a few times and finally got to stop in and try their delicious food. They take orders over the phone for pick up. The people who were working behind the counter were very friendly. YOU GOTTA TRY THE GREEK FRIES!!! And their gyros are packed! Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended! Cant wait to order again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 /5 Vincent Porfirio: First time at the restaurant for lunch and the menu selection was fantastic. Got the chicken gyro and classic Greek salad. Portions were huge!!! The food is authentic Greek cuisine and I was impressed. Staff was very friendly and helpful answering questions. 5 stars!
