Kobe Sushi Lounge - New City (NY)

5 /5 Gabriela Reyes: We absolutely love it here at Kobe. We’re local to New City and used to go to another Japanese restaurant until we discovered Kobe about 4yrs ago. Since then we are regulars, we all love it - my husband and 3 daughters. We celebrate almost all of our family birthdays here - it’s always a good time. They always have something fun going on, most recently we attended their Anniversary party and everyone who attended had the opportunity to win a prize . They really appreciate their customers . The fish is fresh, the martinis are strong, the staff is always so gracious and pleasant. I can’t believe I hadn’t left a review sooner . We love KOBE it’s the best restaurant in New City in my opinion.

We have been catering our Christmas party from Kobe for many years as well. Never disappointed, food is always amazing, delivered hot and on time. We highly recommend Kobe for dining and catering . The BEST!

5 /5 Shanna Soloff: This is my favorite sushi spot in Rockland. Nothing really comes close. The ratio in the rolls is perfection. Fish is always extremely fresh, and the service is just absolutely on point every single time. I highly recommend the Corey roll. Thats one of my favorites. They also just recently expanded their whole store. Its now at least double the size. I highly highly recommend this sushi spot.

4 /5 millionairewes: Recently visited Kobe for the first time on a Saturday night with my amazing wife. I usually order Sashimi and this time I ordered for two since my wife wanted to join me on sharing the tasty fish. I would say it was very good quality fish (salmon, tuna, yellow tail, mackerel & octopus). The best part was that they had a husband and wife duo on the piano & guitar performing top hits and any request. It was a surprise great surprise to us. The ambience is nice and cozy since the restaurant is not too small or overly large which can sometimes be noisy. They have plenty of drinks to choose from specially a good Sake selection. Will be returning for a second time. The performers are only there on Saturdays.

5 /5 Youyou Zhang: Absolutely loved this spot! The sushi rolls were super fresh and packed with flavor—the perfect balance of creamy, crunchy, and spicy. Loved the little touches like the orchid and kale leaf—felt fancy without being over the top. Great vibe, chill service, and solid portions. Definitely coming back!
