Started with uneducated bar staff/management keeping vermouth on the shelf opened and oxidizing. It needs to be refrigerated.
Cajun crab cake, clean crab smell, barely held together-both a good sign. Under seasoned and bland. Served on apple slaw that was terrible. No salt, no acid, just bland raw cabbage & apple.
Chix cutlet sando, reasonable. Cutlet was tender but under seasoned. Sauced, ruining crisp texture. Potato salad with apples, bland & boring.
Sea bass, over cooked & Soggy limp skin, no trace of rosemary just heavy lemon flavor. Whipped potatoes lacked seasoning and had lumps the size of peas throughout them. Broccolini was cooked properly and the best part of the plate.
