1 /5 Melody Hartman: Twice in the same day I placed an online order in which I now need to wait 7 days for refunds on because they were unable to do their job (take and make orders).
At 10:17AM I placed a breakfast order to drive thru pick up. I arrived at 10:20, and proceeded to wait in line for 10 minutes before I reached the speaker at 10:30am. I was told, they could not make my online order (probably should make orders as they are placed ??) as it was 10:30 and breakfast stops at 10:30. Fine, I could let that slide. Then, at 7:20PM, I placed an online order for drive thru pick up. I arrive at 7:24 and wait in some ungodly line. The gentleman in front of me ordered his food, and it was my turn at the speaker at 7:40. I sit at the speaker for a long period of time. Cars in line behind me one by one began leaving. At 7:50 the menu gets turned off while after Ive been sitting at it for 10 minutes. I sit for a few more minutes and then decide to pull up to the window, I thought maybe their system crashed. I find a sign on the window saying "closed at 8". So I pulled up to the second window that the gentleman in front of me was just handed food from. I sit watching the workers do whatever theyre doing for a while before they come to the window and I explain, Id placed an online order over a half an hour ago and I would like it. I was told for the second time, I would need to wait 7 days for a refund on the app.
So now, I have money tied up for a week due to sheer dysfunctional incompetency and horrific management, and of course, no food.
I have dealt with continuous issues at this location in the short period of time Ive lived here, the inability to read and match a simple order is obscene, but Ive tolerated it, been patient, and offered kind words to the workers throughout the issues. But today was truly it. Stay far away from this location- trust me its worth it to drive an additional 20-30 minutes to a different one.
