Pinos Italian Restaurant - Johnstown (NY)

3 /5 Logan Cochis: I got the grilled chicken salad and for almost 18 $ it was extraordinarily lackluster. the lettuce seems like premade stuff you would get out of a bag. only toppings were tomatoes, onions,cucumbers, shredded mozzarella, and of course the chicken... the chicken was nice and juicy but the seasoning was very bland to say the least. As a fellow Italian I was very excited to try pinos but was let down especially because I feel like as Italians salads are one of the things were supposed to heavily specialize in. I would like to leave this review saying this is the only meal Ive had from here and id like to try more of their food in the future and hopefully im pleasantly surprised.

2 /5 Kira: Although the staff were friendly, I cannot give this restaurant a good review. The pizza looked beautiful. Crispy crust, perfectly melted cheese, large slices of pepperoni, but there was absolutely zero flavor. I loaded it up with salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese to give it a boost. The dough was so thick and underbaked; nearly raw in some parts. On the plus side, the beers were crisp and readily available.

5 /5 Golenne Kortz: We have been to this place often. It’s a great place to grab dinner and have a drink, or more, without a ton of noise. The owners and staff are very friendly and always smiling. There is a good variety of menu items from pizza and wings to burgers and wraps as well as apps to Italian dishes.
