4 /5 Kendra Kurtz: We had a great inexpensive family get together New Years day. My daughter and her children came up from Texas to visit and they were able to accommodate our party of 10 with no problem. The staff were very efficient and nice. The food, party pizza was amazing. Thanking them for a great experience.

2 /5 Andrey Stakhnyuk: Came in to get some slices the only thing they had was pepperoni. one look like it was there for hours and the other one was fresh. I asked them to give me two fresh slices of pepperoni. I got one fresh and the other was like a hockey puck. Pizza scored 4 out of 10

1 /5 Ian McMahon: Ordered a Snack Pack with an extra order of wings at the Canandaigua location on 11/29/25 in the evening. First time ordering from here but have been to other locations. At checkout they rang us up for a sheet pizza with 50 wings which was clearly the wrong order for $120 when $50 worth of food was actually ordered over the phone. The head of the shift talked like we were lying. Had to wait 15 extra minutes to pick up the food and there was no apology for the delay. One of the cooks from the back came out and stared at me and was shaking his head. There was a very negative mood amongst the crew the entire time we were there which made me feel like they thought I was full of crap for whatever motive they thought I had. Ive never felt this way ordering food from anywhere. If youre upper management reading this, you have to tell your crew to not point the finger at customers for their own mistakes. They are in the business of customer service and have to take accountability. Otherwise, the food is great like always but this is by far the worst experience Ive had at any Pudgies location that I have been visiting for 20 years.
