1 /5 Katie T: Took them 30 minutes to make my sub. Didn’t give me my drink or my chips. Went back in for them just to give me a small drink when I ordered a large. I was so annoyed I didn’t get care about losing out on a buck. When I finally got home to eat I had almost no chicken on my sub and it was doused in mayo when I wanted lite mayo. Save yourself the hassle and just drive to Johnstown. It will take the same amount of time anyway and you’ll actually get what you ordered.

5 /5 Ella Waite: I was just here with some family. They were very slammed, which I know I have experience with. I didn’t get a chance to grab the girls name but there was a sweet young girl making the subs with her mom in the back doing some prep work for the following shift. One of my family members expressed that they were annoyed that the lady doing prep work couldn’t help make the subs. But those who are in the food service industry know that when you’re not on the clock you can’t wait on people. The girl was beyond sweet and presented herself well while being very clearly upset. Thank you guys❤️

1 /5 Patrick Moore: Sign on the door says 9pm, I’ve been told multiple times now when I walk in there they are closed when everything is still out and people are in there, it is 7:33pm, I a female worker in there making a sub for 3 people but I was told she is closed and they are there for a mobile order…. The sign says 9pm I would change that if that’s not subways hours

1 /5 K: Paid in cash and the lady kept my $2 change. Just handed me the receipt and gave me a rude look. She was a good judge of character in that Im too agreeable to say anything in the moment. But very unprofessional. I would have stuffed the change in the tip box they have anyway. No need to be rude and keep the change without even asking if it was a tip
