5 /5 Wayne Landreth: Nice! I went here last Saturday for lunch. I had the maki lunch special, so I got the miso soup, the shrimp tempura roll, and sweet potato roll, and bottled water to drink. It cost me about $26. The wait wasnt too bad, and the interior was clean and stylish. My soup was good, and when I got my sushi, it was divine! I will say that the lady who was taking my order and serving me felt she was a bit short with me. Like I needed to hurry up, I wasnt treated badly at all, but it was something I felt. She did, however, treat a mom and child who came in after me very nicely, though, so it mustve been an off moment? I finished my food and paid with my card. Overall, my time was very nice! I love sushi, and this is a very nice place to get some.

5 /5 Erika P: Best Japanese food in Watertown! They have plenty of sushi, entrees, and hibachi dishes to choose from. Great, fresh quality sushi and for half the price of their competitor down the street! The owners work late hours and are always so nice. We have been eating here regularly for the past two years and always had a great experience. Totally underrated place.

4 /5 Brianna Messenger: Ordered from Sushi Express for the first time today… My overall impression was “satisfactory”.The spicy calamari was overdone which resulted in overly crispy outsides that hurt when you took a bite (ouch) and was too chewy on the inside, although it tasted great. The dumplings I ordered fried and were also over done, almost to the point of being burnt. The dipping sauce that came with was delicious and paired nicely with them. The sushi rolls how-ever were so so so good. Everything was extremely fresh and you can tell. I had to keep putting the lid on to refrain from eating them all in one go lol. The rolls honestly are what gave it a 4/5 review even though my other items were just alright. I’ll just have to give them another go and order different sides.

1 /5 Macy Justice: I’m not one to leave bad reviews for local businesses but after getting sick the last two times I ate here, I decided to leave a review. This place was a relative staple for my husband and I for take out and delivery. However, over the last few months, I feel like their food quality has declined. The last two times we have gotten delivery, we’ve gotten sick within a few hours of consuming the food. We won’t be ordering food here again.
