5 /5 David Sullivan: The steak was perfect as ordered, medium rare, with mashed potatoes, a hearty portion of veggies and a side of their potato cheddar broccoli soup. I added a side of sautéed onions and mushrooms which was plentiful for the 12 oz steak. I typically will not order a good steak for take out, but The Factory has hit it out of the ballpark for me a couple of times.
The other was a grilled chicken breast sandwich with lettuce, pickles and jalapeños, side of chips and side salad. Not disappointed at all.
