1 /5 R. Reid: I recently dined at The NYC Waterfront and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. From the moment we were seated our waitress Chastity C seemed uninterested and inattentive.
Throughout the meal Chastity C was nowhere to be found. We had to flag down another staff member to locate Chastity. Our food arrived lukewarm and not as described on the menu and the coffee arrived cold. Getting anyone to address these issues was nearly impossible.
To top it off, the Chastity C was unapologetic and seemed annoyed when we politely mentioned our concerns. Overall, the poor customer service completely overshadowed our entire dining experience. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
