1 /5 Michael Rowald: I ordered a tray of baked ziti, what I got was ziti and little mozzarella and there was zero ricotta cheese. EVERY SINGLE PERSON knows baked ziti has ricotta cheese in its ingredients, not this tray, and the owner himself prepared it. Was ziti and ragu…. Especially in a small town one would think the owner would know what ingredients go in what he’s preparing ….meatballs and sausage were prepared in a pan with no sauce….wont be going back there anytime soon if EVER….

5 /5 Mark Edge: Waters Custom Catering food truck is a fine set up. They were located at the Upstate Brewery in Elmira and service was excellent. I ordered the Classic Garbage Plate with cheeseburger and 2 Loaded Dogs. The Garbage Plate was very well made. The macaroni Salad was fresh and wonderful flavor, the fries were made on order, the burger was over the top with many toppings. I will definitely be getting this again and will try it with the Hot Dogs next time. The Loaded Dogs were good with lots of meat sauce and red onion on top. Rolls were fresh. Great customer service, I will definitely make it a point to find their next location. Edge

5 /5 Phil Scott: The food has always been good, I have had several catered meals by them at many events and since they opened at Bath Country Club the food has somehow gotten better. The staff is growing as is the menu, gearing up for the heavy golf season. You DO NOT have to be a member to eat here and they are open all year. Creative drinks and outstanding food; come give them a try. FYI, if you love fish fry get here early, even though its January they have sold out of almost a hundred fish fries by 7 the last two weeks.

5 /5 Laurie A: Come check out the new owner of the restaurant at the Bath Country Club. The food is amazing, it is open to the public. Wednesday night is wing night, $10 a dozen eat in, $12 take out. Friday night fish fry, and other specials throughout the week. Closed Mondays. Additional note; Google has not yet updated the address for some reason, the location is 330 May Street, Bath, NY. 5 /5 Sue Bills: Went on a Friday evening. Hubby tried the fish fry with mac and cheese...very good! I got the alfredo and it was super, the sauce was wonderful. Got onio rings and piggy fries as appetizers and they were great too!
